Mr KIM Kerh Chay is Ebenezer’s Principal Instructor and the most highly skilled officer in the company with a Bachelor of Science in Non-Destructive Testing. 

With more than 20 years of Non-Destructive Testing inspection experience under his belt, his wide range of project experience includes the FPSO/FSO conversion of Nan Hai Sheng Li and was an engineer onboard Queen Elizabeth II. 

Kerh Chay is also involved in both Integrated Resort Projects at Marina Bay sands and Resorts World Sentosa. Kerh Chay’s technical qualifications include EOT-I-001, ASNT LIII: UT & ACCP, LII: RT, CSWIP LII: MT & PT & RI, CSWIP 3.1, Dip IIW, GInst NDT, FNDTSS.
